On the big day it is always important to ensure that things run smoothly! This of course IS NOT YOUR JOB. Here is an outline of what needs to be done! Print it out and ensure that the relevant people receive copies:

* Ushers - Seat Guests on arrival

Order of seating as follows:

Grooms grandparents
Brides grandparents
Grooms parents
Brides parents

The music is usually being played during this procedure

* Start time – Officiant, Groom, Best man take places at the altar
* The procession begins – usually as follows:

Ushers
Bridesmaids
Maid of Honor
Ring Bearer
Flower Girl
Bride & Father

* In most weddings the officiant will lead with a short prayer or introduction
* Vows are then exchanged along with rings
* The loving couple are pronounced HUSBAND & WIFE
* THE KISS
* Exit in the following order:

Bride & Groom
Flower Girl & Ring Bearer
Brides Maids & Grooms men
Bride & Grooms parents
Bride & Grooms grandparents
