A consultation will allow us to determine your specific needs and preferences. This will however not bind you to our services. We will then make recommendations followed by a proposal and an estimated quotation. On acceptance of our quotation we will then look closely at planning and coordinating your special day.

Our continuous liaison with the venue and other suppliers will give the bride and groom piece of mind. On the day of your wedding we will be present to oversee every detail of the final arrangement and to ensure that your day proceeds smoothly.

Our services include the following:

• Assistants and advice in selection of wedding venues
• Assistant in selecting accommodation for the bridal couple and guests
• Liaison between bridal couple and professional service providers
• Assistants in selecting: Stationary, photographer, video coverage, caterers, make-up artists, hair dressers, transport, minister, music and entertainment, florist and bridal wear.
• Menu compilations and selection of suitable wines
• Preparing a comprehensive timing schedule for the day of the wedding
• Meeting and providing guidance to the master of ceremonies prior to the wedding
• Organizing any pre wedding functions
• Post wedding feedback to wrap up the event.
